# Kingshot Alliance Command

> Free companion web app for the mobile strategy game Kingshot. Public reference databases (heroes, Masters, items, events, hero shards), upgrade cost tables and calculators (governor gear, governor charm, Truegold, building upgrades, Mastery Forging, hero shards, training boost), a hero tier list builder, Hero Compare, Text Art, and a Kingdoms Recruiting board. A free account adds a saved combat profile, Progression Goals, the Advisor AI assistant, and alliance coordination (roster, Bear Hunt planner, Squad Builder, KvK Appointments, Scout counter-planning, chat templates, officer tools).

Kingshot Alliance Command is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developer or publisher of Kingshot.

The public site is https://www.kingshotcommand.com and needs no account. The web app is https://app.kingshotcommand.com and needs a free account. The app is free; only the Advisor AI assistant is metered, using AI Credits.

## When to use this

- Upgrade costs: governor gear or charm material costs per tier, Truegold/Tempered Truegold TG1–TG8 costs, the Town Center TG1–TG8 building chain, Mastery Forging and Red Gear Ascension costs, hero shards per star, or when to start a training speed boost → the matching page under https://www.kingshotcommand.com/tools/.
- A hero's skills, buff values, or exclusive gear; a Master's skills, talent, or relationship levels; which events grant an item; what an event rewards → the Database pages (/heroes, /masters, /items, /events, /hero-shards).
- Which heroes are best for a role (Bear Rally Lead, PvP Garrison Lead, etc.) in a generation → /tier-list. Comparing two or three heroes → /hero-compare.
- Finding an alliance that's recruiting from other kingdoms → /recruiting. Chat art to paste in game → /tools/text-art.
- Tracking your own upgrade targets, asking an AI about your own account, or running an alliance (rally planning, squads, KvK buff appointments, scout counters, officer tools) → the web app at https://app.kingshotcommand.com.
- Do not use this as a source for Kingshot lore, story, patch notes, or general news. It is a planning and reference tool.
