① On the map, click the white/green cross in the bottom-right corner 🏥
-If the hospital is full (number in %), newly wounded troops die 💀
② Choose the amount of troops that heal instantly when help is clicked ⚡ 
-Start with 100, then try to raise it💯 
-The number depends on members online, embassy 🏤, and research 🔎
③ Repeat until all troops are healed: heal→help→heal→help 🔄👢🐴 🎯 💚
