Hero Shards needed to advance a hero through ★1–★5, broken into the six upgrade tiers within each star. Reaching max star costs 1,065 shards; including the shards most heroes cost to unlock, the full total is 1,075.

Star-leveling a hero raises their stats and unlocks skill upgrades, but each star costs a fixed number of shards for that hero's rarity — and the cost climbs fast at higher stars. This table lays out exactly how many shards each star level from unlock through ★5 requires, so you know how much to farm or buy before committing resources to a specific hero.
