Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Kingshot Alliance Command ("we", "us") collects when you use kingshotcommand.com and the connected app, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Creating an account collects your email address and, if you sign up with a password instead of Google sign-in, a securely hashed password. Using the app's alliance features collects the alliance, hero build, gear, and profile data you or your alliance officers choose to enter — this is the data the planning and coordination tools are built to store. The public database and tier list builder don't require an account and don't collect personal data beyond standard web request logs.

Analytics and cookies

The marketing site may load Google Tag Manager, which can set cookies and load analytics tags to help us understand which pages are useful. It is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

Data you provide is used to operate the app: authenticating you, running the planning calculators, computing alliance-wide tier results, and letting your alliance's officers coordinate. Alliance data you enter is visible to other members of the same alliance where the feature requires it (for example, rally assignments and shared goals). We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account and alliance data for as long as your account is active. To request a copy of your data or have your account deleted, email support@kingshotcommand.com.

Children's privacy

Kingshot Alliance Command is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
