What is the Hero Tier List?

Kingshot heroes aren't equal at every role — some carry PvP fights, others shine on defense or in bear hunts, and gear investment is expensive enough that guessing wrong costs real resources. The tier list exists to answer one question before you commit: which heroes are actually worth building for a given role and generation.

Use Build to drag heroes into S/A/B/C/D tiers for yourself — nothing is saved, and you can copy a share link to send your build to alliance mates. Switch to Results to see the community's curated baseline instead, no account required either way.

Each role reflects a different way heroes get used in combat, so the same hero can land in very different tiers across them:

  • Bear Rally Lead — leads the rally against Bear Hunt bosses; the lead hero's skills set the pace for the whole squad's damage.
  • Bear Joiner — reinforces someone else's Bear Hunt rally with a second march, where joining stats matter more than lead skills.
  • PvP Rally Lead — leads a rally attack on another alliance's stronghold or city.
  • PvP Garrison Lead — commands the defending garrison when your own city gets rallied.
  • PvP Joiner — reinforces an ally's PvP rally as a secondary march instead of leading it.
  • Solo March Combat — single-march fights outside of rallies, like gathering skirmishes and open-field battles.
  • Arena/Conquest — 1v1 Arena duels and the large-scale Conquest event.
